--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New Allis Homelite in the truck.
Right from the east side of Flint,Mi.

Sorry I didnt post this sooner saved it up about a month ago, been busy with work. If anyone has any manuals they would like to share that would be fantastic.

No attachments except mower deck. Rear lift missing, and (strange), the lift indicator. Good battery, electric lift and the electric pto works. engine has spark, carb cleaned, new blower housing,(rusted at bottom), started painting engine parts, cleaned head, wear looks good in cylinder and sending flywheel to briggs for electronic ignition.

Mikeman, where do I find out about sending a flywheel in for electronic ign? I have a 16 horse briggs I would like to do from my 7116. Also, how much does it cost? Thanks, Paul. Also for what it's worth, I have found a place to get rebuild kits for these hard to find engines. I just finished mine today and hope to install it in the tractor tomarrow after church. Thanks,Paul

Nate, is that the same front axle as on your other tractor? There are two kinds of front axles that I know of out there and would like to know the chronology. The t15 is earlier I think. so when did they change the axle type?.

Nate, would you please post the engine code numbers from that T-16 so the tractor can be dated? TIA

Phil, I believe the axle type was changed to the style that's on Nate's T-16 sometime in mid 1973. Need engine codes from some of these tractors to verify this.

well my T15 has a b110 or b112 frame that had parts welded on to it to make it just the little bit different and to hold the new hood. the front axle is like the ones off the 300 and 400 AC's. i will try to get that engine code type and model # for you. but please i want to give this post back to the owner and the very nice save.

No problem Nate. I have the same axle as the crunched T-16.
My engine number is 326431 0133-01 730226 I will see if there is a model number.

February 26, 1973. That is a late model tractor if that is the original engine. AC closed the plant in 1974.

Nice save on that Homelite. I went all the way to MO. and PA. to get a couple of them. (one for parts the other to get running)I have my Dad's original T-16 H that we sold in 1973. I just got a rear tiller mounted on it and got it running after not running for several years. Should give you a good tractor. Good luck. Roger.
