Does anyone here consider themself an outboard expert?..I have an old merc Kiekhaefer 4 horse twin and would like to know the year and maybe value

I will post a picture and model number if someone thinks they can help

i painted it a while back

I think its 1946...after all the times i looked i just now found a similar looking one on the internet

second one down looks identical..i thought it was a 4hp because the model is kd4...but it appears to be a six
