Here's the two b10s in a disassembled state. The black rear end is the one I had apart to repair the shifter ball, put new seals in it and some black paint. Got the bgb boxes both on the bench putting new gears, bearings and seals in them. I got friday off and hope to get the seals and needle bearings from sandylake by friday so I can get them moving.

I've looked through the archives on this site trying to find the drawings of the mower deck connection. I'm unfamiliar with the way the belt transitions from the power take off to the drive pulley on the deck... if someone can steer me in that direction I would appreciate it. thanks bob

Robert, I combined your two posts into one as I figured you would not mind. Michael may move to gallery later Phil

Robert, It looks like you have a PTO hanging off the early B10. when you get back to the point of reassembly there are plenty here that can give you guidance. A number of members have reported problems wit h their PTO's. some may be to excessive wear but I think much is due to mismatching across model lines.

Thank you all for the kind remarks. I have all of the parts, except the two ball bearing set for the black bgb, gonna put the yellow bgb back together and remount it and the rear end tomorrow. Hope to get it moving also tomorrow. Maybe once I get the mower deck underneath the yellow tractor it will be more obvious how the mower deck belt transitions to the pto.

thanks bob
