Posted - 02/24/2013 : 12:04:09 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Allis Homelite in the truck. Right from the east side of Flint,Mi.
Sorry I didnt post this sooner saved it up about a month ago, been busy with work. If anyone has any manuals they would like to share that would be fantastic.
No attachments except mower deck. Rear lift missing, and (strange), the lift indicator. Good battery, electric lift and the electric pto works. engine has spark, carb cleaned, new blower housing,(rusted at bottom), started painting engine parts, cleaned head, wear looks good in cylinder and sending flywheel to briggs for electronic ignition.

Posted - 06/25/2013 : 07:23:06 The older one really looks thrilled to be on the rusty old Homelite. Must not share your enthusiasm for old iron.
Our first two were 11 months apart. We called them twins of unequal age. |

Now let me get this straight, there is an 18 month old and a 7 month old. Are these siblings? Did someone forget to hit the pause button? |

The beauty
The grandboy's 18 months
The 7 month old
Runs good, no leaks at vickers, the bad: no start with key, carb leaks between upper and lower halfs and generator won't start other than that I am going to put it to work. |

Posted - 05/01/2013 : 21:37:32 Mike, according to your serial no., you have an early model T-16H. The ID no. to your tractor is 1600285 (from the first three numbers of the serial no.). They were made in the Allis-Chalmers plant in Lexington, SC.
Would you please take some good pics of the front axle on your tractor and post them? TIA.
