Nice find. Did you get the shaft (hub) from the generator to use for an tapered adapter?

All I got was the engine, muffler and control panel with regulators.
The engine will drive from the flywheel side so I will need an adapter for that and maybe a gas carb.( Propane 7117h?)

Engine sure looks clean. You have an adapter housing on that engine. If you were to take that off would you have an extra long shaft?

Extra long shaft that housing is for the generator coupling.

Could you cut the tapered end off and have a usable straight shaft? Would make it easier to use as the PTO.
