Replaced my aging high mileage Dakota with a Ranger. 3 litre V6 and 5 sd. manual trans.Only one year newer but 100,000 miles less.

But;.. something was missing.

So, with $40 worth of metal;

and some fabrication;

I came up with this

And put it here.

So I can use it this Saturday.

Sometime next week I will remove it and paint to match truck and also add some diagonal hitch to frame braces. For Saturday the load is light and I needed the hitch ASAP.

It can however buy you a beer.
And that is close enough.

Nice truck and the fab work on the hitch looks very good. Always liked driving a stick shift.
