I just picked up this cultivator in Pennsylvania. The PO said he got this with a Allis 300 series he just bought and he doesn't need it. The picture was so small on Craigslist I couldn't tell if it was made by allis or not. The price was right so I bought it anyways but I thought I'd ask you experts if you recognize who made this. Note the 2-beam system but also the cross members with the rings welded to hold 2 of the stems for the shovels.

That's a new one on me! Looks substantial and well worth bringing home. I hope someone else can shed some light.

Kinda looks like walkbehind stuff, but I don't think it's Simplicity built. Sure doesn't look like anything Allis put out. If it fits the machine, you're good to go though!

The bits and pieces look like a hodgepodge. The lift bracket is correct, the rest looks like it's from various applications. The brackets with the round holes look like 'possibly' real early Simplicity, and if you dont' need those two brackets, I'd be interested in seeing if they'd fit my single wheel tractor.

It is the right color for early AC and looks remotely like their tool bar unit but hitch is like nothing I've ever seen.
