What Chris said...front end, foot rests and steering column look like Bolens, but the fenders remind me of Wheelhorse 600 series.

that engine looks like a wisconsin and thats what the old bolens had on them wasnt it?

I would go with the Bolens id too, looks like the 1053 in my garage. The engine looks like a Briggs aluminum block 7 or 8 horse to me, got one like it out in the chicken shed. Looks like it's a stripped down and modified creation, looks like something I'd do, other than my least favorite color scheme.
