Acquired this today from a cousin. Sold new by my Uncle at his AC dealer. Its been in the family for many years and in a barn for at least 10. He says it ran when parked but smoked a bit and the seat is hammered to say the least. I will make that next springs tear down project. I always like the hood decals on the early B-10s.

There is an HB-212 that you can see in the pic that is complete and runs but I have no more room now.

Also got the last NOS set of hubcaps (that makes 3 sets I have now) from the closed dealership, some actual AC belts and an awesome empty AC service binder with a 712 on the cover. There isnt much left on the shelves but after talking to my cousin he says the oldest boy who is in charge of liquidating the old stuff actually sold 2 or 3 NOS 36" snow blowers that were still in the box, a few B series tillers and lots of other parts to the junk man for scrap....almost brought tears to my eyes.

There were some AC oil cans unopened and cream colored AC spray paint too. Kinda like going back in time.

Sounds like a GREAT place to visit Chris! I'd love to stumble on a place like that...can't imagine one in the family! Sounds like some neat stuff (that you need to get your hands on!)

I have hubcaps on my B-day list, but they'll be newbies. NOS or even used are tough to get my hands on it seems!

I definitely made my cell phone number known incase they get rid of more stuff. I think he sold atleast 3/4 of his NOS all to the junk man. The old shop is getting bare.

The Uncle is now 91 and with his son selling it all, its like the end of an era

Should keep you busy for a while. If you need a hand (and trailer) (and storage space ;), let me know! I'll cart way anything you can't keep in your shed. I should have grabbed that cut up hood you had also. I'm going to paint one redish-orange to match my son's hair color and let him start mowing next summer. Red Top lawn care, or some such.
