Certainly unique! Looks solid as they get, and they dont come cheaper. I think anyone here would have been after a deal like that...nice!

Well done! I personally think the 101 is one of the best looking GT's ever....

It has that Schlumberger look.

I agree Jon...The round hoods beat every other GT in looks. Versus the B10 I like the colors, decals & font (especially the '101' on the hood), two-piece grill and first appearance of the 'S' that lasted for so long before new artwork took it's place.

I find myself torn between the orange on black of the '64 and the orange on white of the '65+. I think the black looks meaner, but the white is just so sharp.

I also love the 2012...the one I had was a SERIOUS work horse. The 12 horse Briggs with the short frame/3-speed combo was right up my alley. I would love to semi-redo a hydrolift 2012 or B12 (love the seat) sometime down the road, and have a spare HiLo waiting for an invitation to join that package. Would be a dream Weedcutter and Tiller machine!

Looks like your money's worth for sure. Even a nice seat cover, most of mine have come without a seat at all. Not wild about the wheel color but I do kinda like the pinstripes. That style is a looker, also fine working machines.
