Chris, you lift straight up front and back then tilt to the front. Much easier than rest of the B's. Dave.

Yes, it opens easier but you won't loose it going down the highway. The hood locks over center and you adjust the tension by loosening the cap screws at the bottom of the grill assembly and rocking it fore and aft.
Yours may not want to tip forward without damaging the grill because of the severe damage to the leading edge of the hood.
