if those are all picture of the same tractor, I would say you have a 3212V with a 2210 hood. Interesting looking plow....did the PO bore the axle beam to attach to tractor?

Interesting hitch arrangement for the front plow. I have never seen a double decker hitch on a Simplicity plow before. Does the hitch appear to be factory, or did a PO modify the factory hitch?

Very nice find on the tractor.

The PO drilled the front axel, the plow is a Roper. They really did not do to bad a job mounting it. I was happy to see it was a 3212, some one has striped the variable speed out of it but I bought it mostly because it had the hydro lift. I would love to put the varible speed back together if I could find the parts. Does any one know are the 2210 and the 3212 hoods the same?

If I were not going to be using as a tiller tractor I would not bother with the variable speed.

I agree with Phil 100% If it has been converted to a straight 3 spd. with no vari-drive setup, leave it be. I had a A-C B-112 with the vari-drive. I never really cared for that setup.
I thought that plow looked like it came off an old Sears tractor, looks like it came off a Sears custom model, they had the bars that bolted back to the rear end.

The po threw the old sears in also, know any body that needs one. The engine is shot but the frame and hood is mostly there. It is an old round fender. I think the hood said its a "10X"

Nice tractor. Is that a horn on the front grille?

Yea, You like that? It's odd what some people do...lol. But the little bugger is loud! The PO also bent the hood so he could fit a car batttery in it. I don't think I did too bad, 3212 with hydo-lift, old sear chassis, lawn cart, tire chanes and snow blade all for $200.

I think you did very well for a 12hp with hydro lift!
