i thought it was fixed but its not,
42 inch deck on simplicity 3414h
need pulleys belt and spring,
anyone know tha part numbers?
soon please i have 3 lawns i need to be mowed im already a week late nad dont want the neighbors more angry!

I am thinking Your mower is a 990885 try this: http://www.simplicitymfg.com/document/index.cfm?doc=TP_400_1362_00_AT_S_LO.pdf

If that is your mower you need to down load the manual and even print it out if necessary

the belt is crucial but you can get by with about any spring that will fit in a pinch. I have even wired the idler in position to make due until I could get the right part. As the recall the earliest mowers had fixed (stationery) idlers.

No .. you have a newer deck. Here are the details for the splined shaft arbors. The belt for all of the 42" decks on theses are 1/2x82.
