Actually the MF version, a 2920H. This one has about 800 hours and the Kohler Command engine.

That's the better of the two Kohlers that came in this machine, right?

What would you all think is a reasonable price to pay for one of these, with the 60" mower deck? Owner is asking around $2600, I think that's somewhat high.

(hope it's ok to post this link... not advertising I'm just putting it here for reference). http://baltimore.craigslist.org/grd/1622150770.html

I have owned the Allis version of this tractor in the past. I can't remember which engine was in it. They are a nice tractor and my relatives own and really like them. My Son now owns the one I had and has installed a loader on it and is very happy. IF you have a small yard you will find these need more room to turn than smaller garden tractors. They are a heavy built tractor and I think that you will be happy.

Can anyone else let me know if you think this is a fair price (assuming I can get him down to around $2200 delivered)? As I understand it there is a fitting under the drivetrain cover that needs to be checked to make sure it's been lubed/maintained. Anything else that I would need to check on one of these? Thanks.
