Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone would happen to know what the value of a Simplicity Conquest (bought in 2004) might be worth? I ask because my parents are no longer using theirs and offered it to us. However, I don't want to just take it but would much rather give them what it is worth. Here is the information on the tractor:

Simplicity Conquest --- 16-HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-Twin engine. 44” cutting width; Hydrostatic / foot controlled automatic transmission; Free floating mower deck with full width rollers; Infinite height of cut adjustment; Quick hitch attachment removal system with mechanical spring assist attachment lift; Padded, soft grip steering wheel; Easy adjust 15” high-back seat; Cruise control; Four headlight illumination; Automatic Controlled Traction and differential lock; Heavy-duty attachment lift lever; 16” front/23” rear 4 ply tires; 2 cylinder with electronic ignition; 18” turning radius; Low effort steering. This unit has 155 hours of use on it and there is also the 42” snow/dozer blade; rear weights and carrier; mulcher/shredder kit; rear chains; cart & a spreader to go with this unit. (It was extremely well taken care of by my father)

Any information you might be able to give me would be Greatly Appreciated.

First welcome- Your machine sounds like a nice work machine.

A 2004 is going to be tough for you to get a price on because there probably are not a lot for sale. I'd recommend the following things:

1) Talk to a dealer.
2) Reviewing the old eBay advertisements.
3) Google "For Sale " with your tractor model.
4) Look at Craigslist.
5) Start with a slightly higher price and work your way down.

Otherwise, we'll see if anyone else has ideas for you. This is a general collectors site with a concentration of Simplicity/AC specialists. All are welcome, but we may need to help you other ways.
