so found a landlord 101 local to me

been sitting 2?years. bad ignition needs coil? guy didn't want to bother pulling engine. hyrdo lift, lifts good when cold then looses pressure over time, needs rebuild obviously not sure how bad.
seems OK a few "customizations" by the owner....

attachments
grader blade with hacked up 42inhitch. basicly cut the lifting mechanism off and used it for the grader.

42in blade..no hitch.

snow blower- ??? don't really care about this as i have one for the other tractors.

32in rear tiller with drive pullies for tractor side of things. tiller itself is deffinitly used. backlash from the pulley to the tines is significant to me. If i hold the tines their is about 2inches of rotation at the pulley...thats what concerns me. the tiller tines are OK. It deffinitly has been used..

No mower deck.

I am mostly interested in the tiller and grader blade...but i need the tractor to run the old style tiller...

how much do we think it's worth? I am thinking 200.00 for the package. here is my thoughs on that.

tractor has been sitting outside for 2 years uncovered. mice have been living in it. Doesn't run so who really knows how bad it is. Hydro lift needs to be rebuilt (what's involved with that, can you even get parts (i know seals o-rings are not a problem but what about worn parts?)...all tires are dry rotted not sure how bad.

tiller backlash seems excessive to me and would need to be addressed.

grader blade is real(??) but the hitch is hacked up.

blower has no value to me.

if nothing else i may offer him 50 for the grader blade.

Well looks like somebody else picked it up- Called to offer 200.00 and he had 2 other guys, offer was at around 350.00 at that point, seems fair to me but more than i wanted to offer.

Stew, you can actually attach the tiller to your 3416; I've seen it done. I'd say $200 for all that in CT is not a bad price at all. Hydrolift, tiller, complete tractor,... grader sounds hacked... good luck.
