Went to an Uncles house today to look at a Squire 9 with leaf vacuum for a friend who's interested in it and I was given the tool box off of the back seat. Inside I found what I hope is a rear work light bracket. This is the first tool box I've seen in person. Now I have to see if I can fit both on the back of the Big Ten.

Ummm, why do people need a tool box on Simplicity or Allis lawn tractor............ Oh yes, someplace for the draw pins. Poops and Giggles.

Respectfully Doug/Doc.
Allis,the girl for me.

"Snowhiker" on Simple Tractors made several of these from dimensions I gave him from mine. He hasn't posted for quite some time so I doubt he is still reproducing them...Dave

The additional pictures are much appreciated. I had read about someone reproducing them some time ago, doesn't look hard with the rims tools. It reminds me of the old wall mounted mailboxes town folks had on the porch years ago.

There's really nothing to this toolbox. It look like something that I could've made in metal shop class with a brake and a spot welder. Nice and light too. I still need to clean it up so it will look good on the Big Ten.

Chris, post a couple more photos of your toolbox for Rich's benefit. ;)
I have never actually seen one of those boxes but my the B112 I gave to my Brother had a cheap dime store toolbox bolted to the top of the hood when I bought it. Looked like it had been there since the tractor was new.

Looks like the right bracket to me, awesome find! I have yet to see a toolbox.

Neat catch. Especially if you can use it yourself.
