Posted - 07/04/2012 : 09:41:06 I picked up a 712h a while back that has problems. My bud from work loaned it to his neighbor who ran out of gas, so pulled it back to the barn, messing up the hydro. They then attempted a fix, loosing parts. Im wondering what my options are, since Larry and biggy mix and match, would a b-10 rear work or should i look for parts to fix the hydro? |

Posted - 07/04/2012 : 10:36:32 You can bolt a complete rear end (including BGB and side plates) from any large frame from the 700/725 on, BUT you will have a LOT of linkage work if you put anything but a Sundstrand hydro back in it.
If you are in New England I have a complete rear end (hydro and transaxle only) from a 7018H
You must not have run a hydro tractor before??, else you wouldn't be considering putting a geared transaxle in it. |
