Well, after several years of looking and have a few slip out of my grasp, I finally own a weedcutter thanks to gotthebug (Mike Nighswander).

It was just under a 2 hour drive through the scenic Ohio countryside but worth it. In his introduction, Mike claimed something like 50 tractors. After visiting him, I would have to say he might have been a little conservative! On top of all the tractors was more attachments and spare parts than I have seen in any one spot other than a swap meet. I have got to start carrying a spare camera in my car!

Thanks for hooking me up with the cutter and the fine time of sharing your collection and stories! It was nice to meet your brother as well. On the drive home I got to drive through some heavy downpours and even some sleet, but made it home just in time to see a brilliant rainbow as I turned onto my road. It was a good day!

Here are a few pics as I unloaded it this morning. Paint is not warn off of the blades, I have the hitch, it was just not attached in the pictures. Need a drive belt and a little work on the hitch and it should be set to go.

Great attachment and score! I like mine better than a sickle bar. After 5 hours of use my weedcutter made a hufe difference around the yard and woods.

Mike, I see it still has the serial number sticker? What is your number?

The sticker is faded to the point it is blank. The dealer sticker is still quite readable and the other decals are pretty decent.

I do have a hitch for it, it is just not attached right now. Thanks for the offer of dimensions anyway.

That's fantastic Mike! Congrats! You're going to be having some serious fun with that one! Looks like it's in great shape...been in the barn a while!

I just noticed the hitch not in the photos, I believe it is very close to the snowblower, let us know if you need dimensions if you didn't get that piece Mike.
