Well, the storm that came through last night dumped 6 inches of rain so fast it flooded parts of the tractor grounds. And guess who was parked in one of the low areas. Yep. No time to drain all the fluids and dry everything out so no driving around for the show! Life is grand...

I hear ya...I'm pulling strings just to 'visit' two. There's some incentive in it for me though...first getting to see my first show and meet you guys, and second, a glimmer of hope for a deal similar to your Serf =] Fingers crossed... |

Maybe a half hour. But with my upcoming business trip to NY in a couple weeks my weekends are booked with chores!! I did afterall spend 4 days at our show.... |

It suprised me how much quieter the exhaust was, but the engine itself is still very noisy. So it is a different kind of noise. Should have asked me to fire it up! It was ready to go! And the rain cap worked, the gallon of water in it came from somewhere else. :) |

Get a good synthetic into that engine that had the water in it and run it with that. i think you want to get something into it right away and at least turned over to get oil into the system. will stop any pitting for sure. Its surprising just how much punishment these machines will take. |

So now that you got them all running and no major problems I have to ask, did the rain cap on the muffler keep the water out...lol. I'm glad you able to get them going.

Parking lot is getting better, and believe it or not the 101 is up and running. Will change the oil in the motor, BGB & trans one more time but it might be alright. So it is A-OK for a team photo... :) |

Well, they say low 90's and no humidity the next couple days...that should be good for some drying! I'll be there to 'suffer with you either way. Might just be me and the pickup, but I still plan on my team photo in the Carry-All! =] (running or not) |

It did rain more last night, this morning it was pretty miserable. Hopefully it will dry up some as they did no plowing or much of anything as most of the club members were using their 4x4 tractors to get people unstuck in the parking lot! |
