I had time to cut up some angle over weekend.I decided to try making some small forks to handle a 2 by 3 foot pallet. Started making them on idea of large tractor 3 point hitch carry all. So far I tested with 150 lbs. and it held. It will need more work but I think I am on right track. No matter if it works or not it is a good way to keep sane.

I have been wanting forks for my Johnny Bucket Jr but they would have to be pretty light as it would have to be rated for not more than 200 # at the heel of the forks.

I really like your forks. Well thought out with minimal use of materials.
I think those would work great on my Johnson loader.
Thanks for sharing.

Took a 36 inch plow I had and altered it to fit frame work of forks. I wouldn't expect this to push like a plow mounted to tractor frame but it might come in handy for light grading. Guard in previous pictures covers pulleys and belt. Since pump sits on outside of original grill location it was make it two piece or have none.

It looks good but I am curious about your thinking on the shape.

I like it Joe. I can also appreciate making it look as original as possible. Looks great!

That is SUPER slick! Nice work. I REALLY like what you've got going.

Now that I have engine in tractor I want I decided to finish the front around pump and pulleys. This should provide some protection and kind of keep original look. I posted before and after pictures of that area.

That looks like one handy attachment, could serve many purposes.

Took out side picture as asked. I don't have area to support a heard so I have to play with 3 I have and try to improve them. Got to give it a paint job next. The nice thing is I can have forks or bucket on in 5 min. or nothing for storage.
