I'm using the lower of the two mounting bolts on the seatback, since my toolbox is on the top. There's enough room to get a slim bracket on there, and I hope I can snug it enough to keep from turning. The box will actually help hold it in place...we'll see. If I had some slimmer steel, I mighte be able to mount it behind the toolbox without pushing it cockeyed too much. It will take some test and trial.

I'm thinkin that the stock one won't work for me anyway....with Snohiker's toolbox, I'm going to have to stick with my custom bracket. It cannot go 'up', but rather, twist as it goes straight off to the right. I'll have to post pics when I get it mounted.

Yours looks great!

If we could nail down the dimensions of the second version like Rob did for the seatpan mount, this would be a perfect reference thread. I've never had my hands on one though.

Thanks Rob for your help. Josh you are right, its the yellow one that mounts on the seat back!

That's the seatpan mount for a tractor with no seatback (Simplicity). The one for the seatis for the B10, Big Ten, and B110, etc. It's great documentation of the bracket, but I think Chris is looking for the one that mounts to the seat bracket...it has a twist in it, to turn the bracket from vertical, to horizontal to hold the light upright.

Chris, does that sound right? I'm looking for a pic...I've seen one before.

I'd like to see that too...I fabbed one, since my rear worklight was off a 101, and has the seatpan mount.
