went and got it after work and my hole nights plans changed i was planning on getting it home and tearing into the carb to get it running . well when he drove it over to the truck i was in disbelief ive never got a tractor i didn't have to fix or put back together before i got to drive it . well it runs great there are a few things on the list to hunt down rear lift being one mid pto its all missing. and a new seat . the bgb has no play but the trans has some ill look into that tomorrow had to tighten all the set screws on the steering got rid of a lot of slop on that and i did tweak the carb a Lil on my first ride. it wouldn't rev up was stuck at idle and bogged out when i tried but that's all fixed . haven't got the snow blower out of the truck yet ill check that out tomorrow ok pics are givin me a hard time ill post them in a min

It's the best looking Allis-grader I've seen in a long while...I really need to find one. Soon.

Dave, I have always found that backing a capscrew out of a 50 year old "T" nut to be a daunting task that usually ends with my cursing and buying or making a new seat cushion. "Ten minutes?" you must live in Utopia, Canada.

Gald to hear it panned out for somebody Rob! Sure looks sharp and sounds like you won't have much of a battle.

Looks like your having fun! The 19D in my 725 is a sweet running engine. I dont have anything else that idles like it does, and never hesitates. I have the PTO from that 3212H, it has the "W" pulley wich would have to be swapped but you can have it for S&H.
skunkhome Posted - 05/26/2011 : 23:14:58
Just send that old piece of junk down here and I'LL install the PTO.
