It has no numbers surviving, however, I looked up decks made in 66-67: http://www.simpletractors.com/made_when/1964-1967.htm (free site) and the 990407 matches right down to the fixed idler. Edit: It isn't actually a fixed idler, you loosen a bolt to adjust it.
