Posted - 03/30/2011 : 12:33:41 Bungees and ratchet straps...wrapped in cardboard and plastic shipping wrap. One bunge got rubbed and worn just about through, but the rest held well. he had a few strategically placed straps that gave the whoel things support. It didn't appear to rub the pallet or itself in transit, consodering it was on the road for a week. |

Posted - 03/30/2011 : 06:39:00 Yeah, I'm going to do some investigating on wheel spacers, an when we get ready to mount, I'm sue I will need some pics for reference! I've got a pile of bolts, pics, etc. and it will be a bit of a puzzle to put together. The plate was missing, and the PO made one to get the loader working. Honestly, that piece is rough, and I'll probably fab a new one. Pics of that, if visibile, would help.
I am going to refinish it, so it will be abit of time before I'm ready to put it on anything. I'm going to look it over...the finish isn't too rough, so I may sand and paint vs add to my list of stuff to take to the sandblaster. I think things will end up smoother in the end that way.
That thing didn't budge on the pallet, and it took me 15 minutes to get it loose! He did a great job, and I tickled with it. |

Posted - 03/30/2011 : 00:30:35 You know ya need wheel spacers and there is a plate that mounts under the grill with spacers so the loader can engage into the front of the tractor. I can provide pics if needed. Hope you got everything to mount it. |

Posted - 03/29/2011 : 22:27:57 I'd say the guy did a pretty respectable job of shipping that. Looks like it made the trip without so much as a hiccup. Can't wait to see it in action.

Posted - 03/29/2011 : 19:58:22 She's an early L10...great shape, no damage, stress or rust. Needs one hose replaced and the rear brackets are in the mail...
Hydro lift looks great, but the HiLo needs a good cleaning...I have a new set.of shift.pivots ready and waiting... |
