First one to guess what this is, gets...applause...or something.

Closest guess on the distance it will travel before it gets to me...well...you get nothing but a reason to thump your chest a bit for being lucky!

So:
What is it?
How far away was it?

HINT: My dreams have come true.

Not fast enough
Talntedmrgreen Posted - 03/25/2011 : 12:12:25
Hmmm...only 12.5 hours for me. If we're quick to load it up, I can get there and back in one day =]

Anybody know the speed limit in Wisconsin?
Cvans Posted - 03/25/2011 : 10:05:48
I'm in East central SD. About 20 miles south of Watertown. Twenty 26 miles west of I-29. 80 miles north of Sioux Falls.
Hopefully that will get in the general area.
A bit of a drive from your neck of the woods.

What area of the lower 48 are you in, Chris?
Talntedmrgreen Posted - 03/24/2011 : 09:01:02
A perk of the job, I guess!

You came out smelling like roses on that deal. Can't believe what you paid for shipping. Good haul.
Talntedmrgreen Posted - 03/24/2011 : 05:09:27
Gotcha...those self-leveling units are slick! I don't think that's a bad price at all...freight is always the question. I got lucky, and the guy I bought th eL10 off of lived 15 minutes from the terminal in Seattle. He was an extremely helpful guy...

I was hoping it were chocolate.

Kwick-way with self leveling bucket. Comes with the pump and controls for $700.00. There was one problem with it. The oil reservoir is in one of the uprights and is not larger enough So I'm going to increase it's capacity before I sell it. Otherwise it worked fine and is not beat up.
It's one of those things that's down on the list of things to get done this summer.

I swore I wouldnt pass on the next loader I found...passed on one in November. I just wasnt in a situation to get one then. This one kinda fell in my lap, and I couldnt say no at the price.

Sounds like you did good on that deal!
Talntedmrgreen Posted - 03/23/2011 : 17:33:09
...and what loader do you have?
Tclark Posted - 03/23/2011 : 17:20:25
chris how much you selling the loader for and where are you located?
Talntedmrgreen Posted - 03/23/2011 : 16:35:10
Friday or Monday...I was fortunate enough to get it thrown on our weekly truck from Seattle. Cost me $100 freight...a far cry from the $1200 Fedex quoted me!

With the loader, hydro, hilo and freight, Im into this for about a grand. I figure with the prices those hydro lifts and hilo's have been bringing, Im sitting pretty good.
Cvans Posted - 03/23/2011 : 15:52:12
That's good to know they ship that way as I have one that I'm selling this summer.
How long before you get your hands on it?
