Does anyone out there know who made the manual trans for these tractors and are parts available i need right side case or whole transaxle

You will have to reuse your side plates because they are quite different on to 300 and 400 series.

It's the same as all simp/ac tractors.They're all over the place.3 sp or 4 sp.Add the variable or shuttle and SHAZAAM!
