Had a fellow ask me if I wanted a 4208. Well, it didn't really fit in with my other tractors, but with 3 granddaughters, I figured another little fellow might come in handy. Asked him how much he wanted for it and he said just take it out in work on his 4211 he got to replace it because it had a hydro and this one didn't. OK .. deal done.

Got to thinking I had a dethatcher that I had bought at an estate auction a few years back that was made to fit this model. Had to fabricate one bracket, but that didn't take long and I could not believe all of the dead grass this thing scratched up!

I agree totally. My 7 year old has a 50cc Kawasaki atv and I tell her she has to use her money from chores to fill up the one gallon gas can I have for it. So hopefully she is learning that fun isn't free. However, the tractors are fun to help teach them the driving skills because I can walk beside it as I help them. My 4 year old's 5th birthday is in 19 days and I cannot wait to give her the Yeoman 616 I picked up for her.

That's great! I have always felt that if they want to have fun driving them around, they need to learn some responsibility and common sense if they are going to get to use it. Two things that are missing in a lot of teachings today.

Looked out the front window this morning and the birds were having a "hay"day gathering all of the dead grass I dug up yesterday for their nesting needs.

See, these tractors actually do contribute to the environment and helping nature.

THAT IS certainly better than a sharp stick in the eye.
