Posted - 01/10/2010 : 18:53:01 Yes, it does I'm going to install a later model cab on one of my tractors and will need to learn how to bend and make light steel tubes into parts of a frame. So definitely into reading about your progress. Really looks good! |

Posted - 01/10/2010 : 18:32:00 Michael, Since it's badly worn and fragile,, the plan is to redo it before next season. I'll try to blueprint the framing,, and possibly make canvas patterns also. If you look close at the rear,, it has a brown tube,,,,lol,,, James didn't have this mount tube,, so franticly wanting to get it mounted,, I looked around the shop for some .875 tubing,,, low and behold, a steel office chair was sacrificed to make the rear mount tube. It had about the right radius,,,cut here and there,, weld,,,damn near looks professional,,,lol |
