Do any of you have a parts manual for the Kohler K582 engine?
This is a 2 cylinder used in some Wheel Horse and John Deere models.
I have the service manual, the on-line parts manuals from parts tree, etc are not complete.
If you have a parts manual in .PDF format that you would share, I would most appreciate it.

I went back to www.kohlerplus.com and was able to find TP-2420 under parts manuals.It is a downloadable pdf.
I have it downloaded now.
Michael, I will e-mail you a copy if you want to put it on the site.

I did a little more research and found the manual I am looking for in hard copy. It is Kohler # TP-2420, the manual is available for purchase direct from Kohler and from various other internet sources.
I am still hoping someone has a .PDF of it that they would be willing to share.

aww, thats kinda a bummer... the parts manual i got there for the 301 is very specific...
and has all the parts and also denotes the old part #s that are NLA from "kohler co."
although all the part numbers are specific to each spec #... so it takes a lot of searching...
now i know why my local kohler dealer wont even talk to me without my spec #
I was able to get the service manual there as well...
hmmmmm...

I am aware of the site you mentioned. That's where I got my service manual.
Unfortunatly the parts manuals only show parts which are still available.
I would like to find a complete parts manual.
The spec number on my engine is 36243a

did you try to get the one direct from Kohler, it is free and will spec your parts by
the spec #.... the one for the K301 is 88 pages and I find it to be very complete...
