Click this link to see tractor ad. I did this to prevent double scrolling on the original thread.
Michael if you can advise me a better way to do this I would appreciate it.

Sounds good Dan. Hey, saw you over at the AntiqueTractorsForum; I signed up there. Not too much L&G traffic, but has some really nice people and the big machines are nice... a future hobby for me! Anyway, I'm changing the Intro's forum to be a bit more like their style. Keep an eye out for new folks signing in there if you would. Send more in an email later.

Very nice to know Michael! Hate leaving long links. Thanks!

Gotta see if I did this right to shorten links.

Sounds good. I liked this software's ability to format documents, I actually wish it had a little more power. I've also added the (video)(/video) codes so people can embed youtube videos. If you ever forget, just remember to do a reply with quote... you'll see all the codes that way.

Michael, what a wizard!..... That's great! I had to write it down to get it right but It works... only wish that trick was on the list in the "Forum Code". I'll leave this thread intact so I have a place to look if it comes up again. Funny thing I usually use google thorugh Mozilla Firefox and the effect of a super long link address is much more pronounced there then with MS Explorer. Thanks

You could put the link in the Link brackets (url="")(/url). Do a reply with quote to this to see the code.

Phil, I'm not sure what you mean about the "double scrolling".

If I put that long link on the original post it sets the page margins so wide everyone has to scroll horizontally as well as vertically to read all the commentary and other posts to follow in the thread, thus "double scrolling". There may be a better term for it but that is what I call it. I hate to have to do that and avoid web pages where that is required. I think this response will illustrate what I mean. Can I just break the link and put in a hyphen? That is what happens when you include a long link in an e-mail.
