Actually, there is an adjustment for time in the Admin section of the site. I am still experimenting with other software. Eventually we'll add some features. I'm just keeping it basic for ease of maintenance.

I think it would extremely confusing if we were all using local time. I thought though that the postings were to eastern time EST and just did not get changed over to EDT two weeks ago.
