Sorry Phil,
I just now noticed your post. I haven't sold it. I had it priced for just what I had in it.
The new 12" wide Firestone ags and new wheels were right at $300
I forget what the 7012 cost but it wasn't free.
Then there is the seat. I took the seat, springs and seat hinges off of a 7100 series.
Then put a entire different rear half in it since the original had a broken axle tube. Replaced the BGB and hydro as a unit from a donor tractor.
The tractor had been overhauled apparently right before I got it and needed no engine work or cosmetics, except for the white on the hood, which had some scratches (normal) with surface rust in the scratches. Repainted it.
The front tires and wheels were rear wheels off a small Dynamark.
A big cost was the power steering with 4 new hydraulic hoses at $50 a pop. If I would have bought new, the power steering cylinder from Simplicity lists at $435 and the steering column/orbital valve combo from Simplicity was $740, or so. So luckily, I alread had things like that off of ebay for a lot cheaper.
So my asking price of $999 didn't even come close if you add on the labor and I guess I will go ahead and put it back to normal and sell it. I may not go to the trouble of taking off the power steering. Haven't decided.
